Hey @blachina – We’d be happy to help!
Since the entry management is part of the paid version of WPForms, it seems that you are using the paid version. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!
We don’t have the paid version. By entry, I don’t mean submission entries. Sorry. I am referring to the main screen that lists all of the created forms. There’s a blank listing at the top of the created forms and the blue Update button is just there spinning. I wish I could attached a screenshot.
Hey @blachina – Thanks for following up on this ticket, and I apologize for the confusion!
To help avoid any confusion, you can upload the screenshot on file sharing applications like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link here so I can take a closer look. In the meantime, you can also take a look at the troubleshooting guide here.
Kindly,

Hey @blachina – Thanks for sharing the screenshot, and for following on this ticket!
It seems that there’s some conflict going on that causing the issue. When you get a chance, please try testing for plugin conflict and see if that fixes the issue.
Kindly,
Hey @blachina – I hope you got the chance to test for plugin conflict. Since,
Since we haven’t heard back from you since my previous message, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hi,
I did identify the conflict is with our Theme. I reached out to support for the Theme provider and below is what they said. We are using the Experon Theme collection from thinkupthemes.com.
“Thank you for contacting us.
It is the plugin developers responsibility to ensure their plugin is compatible with all themes. Certainly if they feel there is an issue with the theme, then they’ll need to provide a bug report.
Apologies I couldn’t be of more assistance, we’re happy to help with any issues caused by the theme itself, but unfortunately are not best placed to assist with 3rd party issues.”
Hey @blachina – Thanks for your intrest in this ticket!
I can report this to our development team, but before I do that when you get a chance, can you please share the website URL so I can take a closer look?
Kindly,
The website url is huskiestogether.org. Do I need to create a user account for you to login and take a look?
Hey @blachina – Thanks for sharing the URL, and I’ll report this to our developers. In case it helps to avoid any confusion, WordPress.org rules does not allow users to share login details, and plugin developers to request or login to the admin area of users using the Lite version of plugins.
That said, while I’m unable to give any ETA, our developers will look into the issue, and depending on the number of reports we get about conflict with this theme, we’ll comeup with a solution in future updates.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to reachout.
Kindly,
