Fancybox PlugIn For WordPress

    I am trying to add the Fancybox plugin with Arras theme – without success
    I have tried the following :
    1. I have deactivated every plugin except the fancybox plugin – no success
    2. I have changed themes and tried with other themes – no success
    3. I have removed the jquery plugins from Arras to avoid conflict – no success
    4. I have looked for forum solutions but everyone says its so easy to install …what am i doing wrong??
