Hi @alyswest
All my products show as $0,00 and can be checked out for free. The prices are correctly set up in the backend and they show the correct price there.
I have tried to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and the issue still persisted. I have also tried switching to storefront and the issue still persisted. These are all simpel products.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue where all your products are displaying as $0.00 and can be checked out for free, despite having the prices correctly set up in the backend. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by disabling all the plugins except WooCommerce and switching to the storefront.
Here are a few steps that you can take to hopefully resolve this issue:
- Update WooCommerce: Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, I recommend updating to the latest version as this might resolve your issue.
- Check Product Settings: Visit the edit screen for one of the products that is showing as $0.00. Look at the ‘Product data’ box and ensure that the ‘Regular price’ is set correctly. If it is not, correct it and save the changes. For your reference, here’s a quick guide on 👉 Adding and Managing Products.
- Clear WooCommerce Transients: WooCommerce transients are like a cache for your products. Clearing them might help resolve the issue. You can do this by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clicking on ‘Clear transients‘.
- Regenerate Product Lookup Tables: Product lookup tables in WooCommerce improve the performance of your shop. Regenerating these tables may solve the issue. You can do this by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clicking on ‘Regenerate product lookup tables‘. Please note that this process may take a while.
If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
