    When the subscription of a user fails, I want to automatically remove the plan from the user. But right now, I’m not seeing any option to do so. The only option is to block user access to the plan.

    Please how do I enable Armember to automatically remove the plan from a user if their subscription payment fails?

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    In the event of a failed payment for a member’s membership plan, their membership plan’s access will be temporarily restricted, rendering them unable to access the permitted membership content.

    However, if the payment gateway retries and the payment is successful within a few days, the membership plan will be reinstated. Consequently, removing the membership plan is not feasible.
