    It seems you have created 2nd topic with correct error message you see in your dashboard:

    Hummingbird has halted page caching to prevent any issues while asset optimization is in progress. Page caching will resume automatically when asset optimization is complete.

    This happens in most cases when there is a huge Asset Optimization queue that was waiting to be processed. If that process will be done, cache feature should start working.
