    From the error message you’ve shared, it appears that there might be an issue with the integration between your WooCommerce store and Facebook.

    Can you make sure that both plugins (WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce) are up-to-date?

    If both are updated, kindly try re-syncing your products from WooCommerce to Facebook. If it does not help, re-connecting your Facebook business account might to WooCommerce help.

    If the issue persists, please share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.
