Back End Edit for Category Error

    If I go to the WP admin dashboard and Edit a Listing, The WP edit screen comes up.
    Because the Category is Mandatory, I try to edit it.
    FIrst time I get the drop down and choose what I want the Category to be. But it does NOT stay there.
    When I go back to the drop down again, it wont drop down for me to choose a type??

    And 2. There is NO option in the Account Edit screen to change this either.??

    So this means if it is in Pending Review Mode waiting to be published, I can not update it because those fields are NOT filled in because they are mandatory


    Need help sorting this please

    Hi,
    Not sure what happened there. We did not face these type of issue. I see you created more tickets. I think, you should check documentation to understand the workflow of it.
    Could you provide any screenshot related with these issues?

    Ok seems to work now. I am thinking it was because I didnt have the “Listing Types” Set in the Categories and it was getting confused. Since I fixed those the categories and added the Listing types to each, it now has fixed it….
