ProfileGrid disables Avada page builder

After installing ProfileGrid, I found that the Avada page builder I’m using was no longer functioning when trying to edit a page. I disabled all of my plugins and turned them back on one at a time and discovered that ProfileGrid disables/interferes with the Avada builder. Just a white bar appears where the Avada toolbar should be when trying to edit a page.
