Problem with LinkWithin

I have Linkwithin installed and it’s not showing up on my main blog page, just when you click the individual post. Does anyone know how to fix this? Someone told me that other plugins might be interfering with the Linkwithin plugin, but there is not much I can/want to get rid of. Also, what do I need to get it to work? If you click on an individual post you can see it is just set up with a sample picture. I don’t see anywhere where I control this. I tried contacting LinkWithin but haven’t heard back. Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks!
