    Hi,

    Would like to ask before installing this …

    Is there a way to add a specific chat room widget to the right side of the page while the user watches a video?

    Please add [wise-chat channel=”My video chat”] shortcode to the right side of the page.

    What I would like to do is add a chatroom where people can discuss a specific video that they are watching on a specific page, not a global chat.

    Also, would this work on mobile devices or will it take up too much screen space?

    Best to hide it perhaps?

    Is that possible?

    Hi,

    Added a chat …

    At the top of the chat, there is a large white space with the word ‘Chat’

    Presumably, this is where Admin can add some rules text.

    Where can this be changed/added, please? 🙂

    Hi,

    I would like to create ‘Chat Room’ categories where a specific chat can be added to a specific video

    [wise-chat channel=”Movie Chat”]
    [wise-chat channel=”Music Chat”]

    The idea would be to keep chats to their related chat rooms

    Can multiple rooms/chats be created for a specific discussion topic?

    I apologize for the delay.

    The word “Chat” at the top is most likely the chat title which can be changed in Wise Chat Settings -> Localization section.

    For the 2nd question, I am not sure I understand. If you want to have multiple chat rooms in the same chat window please install Wise Chat Pro.

    I would like to add 1 chat room beneath a video, so users can talk about it while they are watching at the time.

    Hope that makes sense 🙂
