Registration page not working

Sorry, it didn’t quite work 100%. I didn’t get an email notification of a new wholesale customer and the registration page is stuck in a spinning wheel. I thought it worked yesterday as I was able to click the button and as the wheel was spinning went to the back end and there was a new user a few minutes later. I’ve tested it with and without captcha enabled. Sorry to b be over enthusiastic yesterday
