orders do not update when paid using boleto payment method

I’m having a issue when I have orders with “boleto” payment method, the orders does not bring the charge id to the order, when the order is paid on stripe side , woocommerce can’t find the charge id , and does not update the order

From what I gather, this sounds like an issue with the webhooks.

As a first step, could you check they are set up as detailed here, please?

Furthermore, can you share a screenshot of what you see at that Account Details section, in the screen at WooCommerce » Settings » Payments » Stripe? Feel free to redact the site’s URL, as showcased here. That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

Lastly, could you make sure logging is enabled, as detailed in step 11 here?
