Product quantity error

When purchasing on the page, I enter the orders in WooCommerce and the number of products that the customer purchased doubles as well as the amount. For example, if the customer buys 1 product for $30, 2 products appear in my orders with a total amount of $60.

Yes, indeed the payment gateway and WooCommerce plugin are updated to their latest version, I even tried deactivating the payment gateway and leaving the price of the product at 0 to remove any doubts, but it still didn’t work.
At this very moment, I just made a purchase and a double purchase has appeared again, when in reality I only bought 1 product (screenshot attached).
When entering “logs” for the “fatal error logs” a large number of options appeared, I have copied and pasted the most recent option, which corresponds to today, September 18, 2023.
