    Hello there. I am a Junior Website Developer, and I am in need of some assistance. I cannot update the content on pages I am editing. I receive a Server Error (400) and cannot resolve it. I contacted my hosting provider, they tried everything they could, but they couldn’t fix it. I have tried to do a rollback to a previous version, since I am currently on version 3.15.3, which also didn’t work. When trying this, I get the following error no matter the version I try to rollback to;

    Warning: unlink(/tmp/elementor.3.15.2-KnfIRO.tmp): No such file or directory in /home/fgmworldwide/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 1182

    Download failed. fopen(/tmp/elementor.3.15.2-KnfIRO.tmp): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

    I don’t know what to do, and was told to get in contact with a web developer from here or Fiverr, so any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hello @kristina03,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,

    Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

    I hope this information helped you.

    Hello @thetechxpert. Apologies for the late reply. A colleague of mine was able to fix the problem. Like you mentioned, they deactivated all the plugins, except Elementor, and activated them one by one until they found the plugin that was causing the conflict, and deactivated it since we don’t need it.

    Thank you for getting back to me on this though. I will keep this in mind for next time.

    We’re glad to hear the issue has been solved!

    Thank you for using Elementor! Have an amazing day/evening.
    Kind Regards,
