Could you please share with us the error message you are encountering when applying a coupon to orders? Unfortunately, I am not able to see the error from the image sent. I recommend https://snipboard.io instead when sharing screenshots.

Thank you! I’d suggest navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and doing the following to see if this makes any difference:
- WooCommerce transients –
Clear
- Expired transients –
Clear
- Clear template cache –
Clear
Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue, or try with another browser to see if the issue persists.
If nothing helps above, I recommend running a conflict test since it might be a conflicting plugin/theme. You have to switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue is gone, that means that the conflict is currently with the theme, then if not, try deactivating all plugins and reactivating each to see which one causes the issue.
