I would suggest you refer to the Elementor doc as this plugin is using the Elementor editor too.

Sorry about the miscommunication on my end. The block I’m talking about, which is a brown block which has the following text. “Board of Directors” I want to drag the bottom down of that block to have more room at the bottom. Is this possible?

Well, you might created that Block using this plugin, however, this plugin is also using Elementor editor and works just like the Elementor plugin. In fact, when I check the source code of your site, that Block contains the basic Elementor widgets like Heading, Paragraph, etc.
Having said that, you should be able to do the things you mentioned above. If you are not sure, I would suggest you head over to the Elementor Knowledge Base to know more about Elementor.
