plugin instance will not SAVE

I purchased the PRO version & trying to add to a page. I am trying to add to a page using the >>> Press the “Add Plugin Instance” button. When I try & add it THINKS & adds to the page, but not to the plugin back-end!?!?!

..but no INSTANCES are saving in the back-end of the plugin:

HELP! Any feedback would be appreciated I can supplu some logins if you want to look at the back-end.
