Thank you for contacting support.
If you see a report from our SEO Analyzer stating that the H1 is missing from your page it means that the theme you are using is not taking the page title and adding it inside an H1 tag on the page.
We don’t have any control over the markup on the page but only report what we see and if the plugin is reporting no H1 headings it means they are not getting added to the template by the theme.
