How To Have Video At Top Of Page Below Title But Above All Recipe Content

We currently use a plugin called Featured Video Plus by Alexander Höreth to display our recipe video at the very top of the post, but below the post title. Is there a way to achieve this placement location with WP Recipe Maker alone?
The video setting in the media tab of WP Recipe Maker places the video below the instructions. If I add the video to the instructions of WP Recipe Maker, it appears as part of the numbered list.
The example post I shared above uses a Youtube video, but we want to use VideoPress instead. VideoPress allows embed code or shortcode. You can see the layout we want to achieve, but without the Featured Video Plus plugin if possible.
