Gallery filter not working as expected

In this page there is lots of categories i have setup search and filter on load i want to show only some of the categories which is working fine i have setup 11 images “https://ibb.co/0G7myJ9” that is coming from 3 categories if i am going to choose other categories from the dropdown which is forced to click load more button to load same category “https://ibb.co/fFwxgjy” these are the category on load other category forced to click load more button to load images please help me out Thanks
