Hello @wordpressforumhelp,
When i go to WooCommerce Analytics… the Total Sales is still showing revenue.
That’s unusual!
Could you head to WooCommerce > Settings > Advance > Features and try disabling/enabling analytics?
Also, please check if there are any stuck sync jobs in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Hey Saif
When disabled, standard WooCommerce analytics shows the correct stats.
If i enable WooCommerce Analytics it reverts to the old stats prior to reset.
Nothing in the scheduled actions i can see…
Is there anything in the database i can reset?
Thanks
Hi @wordpressforumhelp
In this case, can you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and Clear analytics cache once again?
Additionally, also clear the following:
- WooCommerce transients – Clear
- Expired transients – Clear
- Clear template cache – Clear
If the issue persists and you wish to proceed, you may want to look at the following tables in your database:
- wp_wc_order_stats
- wp_wc_order_product_lookup
- wp_wc_customer_lookup
Let us know how you get on with these steps or if you need further assistance.
Thanks!
@shameemreza
You my friend are a legend… 🙂
Perfect… that was exactly the data i needed to clear from the database.
Thank you so much and have a great week…
