plugin suddenly stopped working

    Suddenly, my plugin stopped working on my WP page. What I did to solve the problem:

    • Deactive/Deinstall/Reinstall
    • Downgrade to the previous version
    • Deleted all settings and forms

    But still, the form does not appear to be loading and I have no clue what could have caused this. I have included a page for a test, the password is wordpress.

    If you could help me with that, this would be great because I really like this plugin!

    Hi,

    There seems to be a problem with the root page of the website. It seems to be a static page or part of other WordPress installation. Some resources are loaded based in the website address indicated in the WordPress settings and it may be incorrect. Please check that.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    I thought it would be something weird and unspecific like this. Unfortunately, I have no clue where I could begin to solve this. There is no other WordPress installation present and reinstalling WordPress 6.3 did not help.

    Do you have a tip where I could start to solve this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi, tried to re-check the page, but seems that the booking form isn’t longer there.

    Hi,

    OK, seems that there is a static page named “index.html” in the root folder of your website. This static page is being used as the website home page, but since it is a static page it doesn’t run the expected WordPress hooks and actions.

    Please check that.
