Hi @fathuddin , WPFunnels isn’t compatible with the Pixelyoursite plugin yet.
But we have the Pixel Integration feature inside our plugin.
To proceed with this, make sure you are connecting the right Pixel id properly in WPFunnels. Here’s a guide that will help you.
If Pixel is already connected with WPFunnels then you may remove the Pixel id from your site, clear the browser cache, and connect it again.
After that, follow this guide to check if your Pixel is tracking the events.

hi @rifat2104 ,thanks for anwering. I have try to using wpfunnel tracking only, but the problem still happen for pixel to capture the purchase. it can’t capture well like I use wpfunnel only.

@rifat2104 I have try using what u recommended , but still have the same problem. example today, I got 7 purchase, but pixel in wpfunnel only capture 2 purchase.

@rifat2104 Update , I think I got the root for the problem
I check Pixel only capture people that selected Cash on delivery/hand for payment. But pixel can’t capture people that payment using payment gateway (toyyibpay) that I’m using in Malaysia.
So conclusion is , Pixel that from WPfunnel can’t detect people who using toyyibpay / payment gateway as a payment in my ecommerce website.
Can u check at your end why this problem happen.

1. After payment made, the funnel doesn;t show my thankyou page, But it go to error page.
2. I check my test event in facebook, pixel doesnt capture the purchase event
note : it only happen if client using payment gateway (toyyibpay)
