Why does the customer need to input delivery address “twice” ?!

Hi,
I recently found a bit curious point about this plug-in. When the customer wants to pay with his credit card, needless to say he needs to input the delivery address in checkout page on WooCommerce.
But, he needs to input the delivery address again after clicking on “proceed to paypal” and “pay with a card”. Why does the customer need to input delivery address “twice” ?!
How can I delete the space to cut the delivery address in “Pay With Debit or Credit Card” page ?
