Akisment theme

I upgraded to the latest theme and now whenever I try to do anything it is trying to force me to re-install WORDPRESS! If I go through the motions it shows a lot of errors but says it’s succesful and then asks me to log in. Well, the login just takes me right to the page to reinstall WordPress. I am absolutely mortified!

Has anyone had this experience? What do I need to do? I can’t even get to my Admin panel!
