Owning ALL their products, requires interaction with Brainstorm Force’s Customer Support team. Yes, I’ve opened my share of tickets; some dealing with very complex issues, others being minor. I enjoy PUTTING IN THE TIME to describe the issue very CLEARLY with uploaded edited screen shots, etc. The ‘return on investment’ creating my tickets as described is exceptional. I want to personally provide a BIG shout out of thanks to Ana, Asish, Deepak, Fahim, Herman, Joao, with a sincere humble apology for those I did not list here. The mutual respect we have for each other greatly improves all of our hard work to the point that I feel like we’re family.
