    Hello,

    I have setup the other smtp mailer settings, i triple checked the credentials that I have entered by signing into smtp.office365.com(this is SMTP host i am using ) with the same credentials and sent an email from there, which works fine. so i couldn’t identify the configuration issue.

    the Error log is :

    Hi @safnasash,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Other SMTP mailer.

    According to the error message, I suspect that you might not have generated an APP Password as mentioned in our documentation regarding setting up the Other SMTP mailer.

    Please ensure that you are using a generated APP Password in the SMTP Password field.
