Thanks for reaching out about your article:published_time. GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) display simultaneously. Storing time in UTC and using UTC for transmitting date & time information is generally considered good practice. UTC is the new GMT

To answer your question, you cannot change the timezone from UTC to GMT because there is no time difference between Coordinated Universal Time and Greenwich Mean Time.

Please navigate to WordPress > Settings > General > Timezone and choose either a city in the same time zone as you or a UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time offset.
