• I have been asking this question for the past 2 days now without any kind of response.

    I just upgraded my Premium plan to a Business plan and I decided it would be appropriate to change my theme as well as it seemed to be a better fit for my company. At first, I was able to use the new theme and edit it but all of a sudden it is now sending me an error message, specifically “there has been a critical error”, every time I go in to edit it. It does this when I go to see if any plug-ins were still active (which I thought maybe that might be the issue). It shows this message any time I try to go into my admin dashboard and use any other link to edit. I am completely unable to do anything on my website and am now at a standstill and do not know why. I would like this issue resolved.
