Currently, the WooCommerce Square extension does not provide the option to selectively sync only inventory data. It’s designed to ensure that your online store and your physical store (via Square) maintain identical information for better consistency.
That being said, we understand that different businesses have unique needs. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products based on user feedback, and your request to have more granular control over the sync process is a valuable suggestion. Can you take a moment to submit a feature request? The more popular an idea becomes, the more of a priority it is for our developers to review it.
Alternatively, if you’re comfortable with code, you may be able to achieve this with some custom development, but it’s not something we can provide support for directly (our support policy). We recommend hiring a WooCommerce expert developer with experience with both WooCommerce and Square APIs.
