Logo adding to header impossible

    Hi, I am unable to add my own logo using header builder. When i try it does not preview my photos in the media library, it just shows grey squares; when i choose free images it shows crop image.

    Please can someone help with this, I’m completely stuck.

    Hi @alexcal1,

    Please temporarily switch the theme to a default Twenty theme series then try adding a logo. If you face the same problem, then the theme is not causing the problem. It’s something else.

    Hi Herman,

    after posting i contunued looking and landed on a post saying it could be a pluguin.

    I disabled all the other plugins and it worked., found it to be an AI plugin that was causing the problem.

    Thanks for reading and replying to my post – you are correct it was not astra theme.
