Make a page without adding it to the menu

    Hey Guys,

    I have a website http://www.itgrunts.com and I want to make a page /link-exchange/

    That page will just have links from other site with which I exchange my link.

    However I want to have a link in my main page at the very bottom saying “Sites We Love” which will point to the http://www.itgrunts.com/link-exchange/ page.

    I dont want this link-exchange page to show in the main menu. How do i accomplish that?

    I hope my question is clear. Simply put I want to have a link to a page with out that link shown in the main wordpress menu.
