As for removing elements from PDF, possible options are:
1/ Use the the Custom CSS option on the General tab to remove elements. An example:
header, footer, #id, .class { display: none }
2/ Use the Custom JavaScript option on the same tab:
jQuery("header, footer, #id, .class").remove()
