read more problem

    hi everybody
    i’m pretty new in wp and i had a website using wp.
    but there is this problem :
    when i post a new content,and click on read more ,a new tab is opening in my browser whit a link like this :
    http://managerial.ir/go.php?http://managerial.ir/archives/693#more-693
    which it should be like this :
    http://managerial.ir/archives/693
    i have no idea whats going on….
    anybody can help please?
