Hi folks, I have this issue a few days:

When Im entering “Woocommerce” on my WordPress dashbord it shows me this error: “There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again”.

My version is 7.9.0

The only thing that I see on my screen is “Reload” buttom, but its not working.

Any advise? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the above.

If I understand correctly, you are seeing this error when navigating to WooCommerce in your dashboard, correct?

Is this perhaps what you are referring to? (screenshot below)

Have you managed to perform a full conflict test as suggested by @bisratlearn above? If so, what was the outcome?

If the conflict test makes no difference, can you see if deactivating and reactivating WooCommerce makes any difference?

If not, I’d suggest deleting WooCommerce, downloading a fresh copy here, and the installing this.

I’d like to add that deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customers, etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

We strongly recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Could you please try upgrading your WooCommerce to the latest version and clearing your browser cache? This might just do the trick!

Additionally, ensure you’ve updated your Avada theme and Fusion Builder plugin to their most recent versions. Sometimes, outdated versions can lead to compatibility issues. If you’re still having trouble, why not temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme and see if that works?
