PayPal error message

    Hi,

    I have PayPal set up for accepting donations and it is connected to Give WP. When I click on the Donate button and the form comes up, I get a message saying “There was an error processing your donation. Please contact the administrator.” I deactivated my Litespeed cache, tried incognito, and yet the problem remains.

    Hi, @abdool7.

    Glad you reached out.

    Every time a donation is made on your site – or attempted, GiveWP creates a new entry on the logs section on the dashboard that gives us further information on what is happening. Can you send me logs for when you try to make a donation and get the errors below? You can find the logs under Donations > Tools > Logs.

    I realise that GiveWP is not throwing any log error. So I am wondering probably the issue is with PayPal. I have contacted PayPal about it.
