I’m trying to figure out what is going on when the page loads on your site. It looks like there may be some javascript that is modifying the structure of the the html that the Ditty is contained in possibly? If so, this could be causing the ticker to not load fully. I’m not sure if this is the case or not, but I’m not seeing any javascript errors or anything else that stands out as the culprit.
Can you try putting your ticker on a different page and see if it runs properly?
Hi, yes when I put it on another page it works fine. Do you know how I can get it to work on the Homepage?

Thanks for checking that out. It’s hard to say what is going on. Can you try loading the Ditty with ajax and see if that makes a difference? Edit your Ditty, click the Settings (gear) tab and set Ajax Loading to Yes and save.
Let me know if this works or not.
Hi, I have changed the Ajax Loading to Yes. And I have tried something else. When I put the ticker below the block it works:

The client would like it to be above. Do you have any other suggestions?

Recent WP upgrade causing Ditty to throw “critical error”. I have removed Ditty from my site and reloaded, deleting all content for the individual ditty, and it still is throwing a “critical error”. Any ideas why?
