Contributors can avoid checklist

    Hello, I use checklist plugin as admin, on my blog I have multiple authors in role of contributors, I notice that many of them publish articles and avoid checklist requirements, like featured images, less words, 5-10 and more links instead limit that I set of 2 links. Can you help me?

    Did you put them int he box that can ignore the task?

    I set only administrator to ignore. But Contributors avoid it without permission. I don’t know how, maybe they safe as draft and then edit post somehow and publish it without pass checklist.

    @filmflix Have you tried to test it?

    • Create a test user set it as a contributor
    • Try to publish new post/page and see if you can bypass the checklist

    I have tried and I can’t bypass checklist like Contributor, but some of users registered on my site, can.

    We will not be able to provide a solution if you cannot provide specific details on how the contributor can bypass the checklist.

    maybe they safe as draft and then edit post somehow and publish it without pass checklist.

    Have you tried this scenario you mentioned above? Did you able to bypass it?

    I don’t know how they are able to bypass, I tried everything with test contributor account and was not able to bypass. But fact is that some of them are able to bypass, how – I don’t know.

    @filmflix We will not be able to provide any fix if we don’t know how to reproduce the issue.

    That what I find out is mails of that users are very suspicious, probably they are bots, Is there a possability to post via api or some tools and to pass checklist? Because they publish in uncategorized category, and most of the posts are unstructured and duplicated

    We are not aware of tools that can bypass checklist.
