Hi @onahlap
I hope you’re well today!
Please try following change:
– go to the “Hummingbird -> Advanced Tools -> General” page
– and switch on the “Disable cart fragments” option
– save settings and clear all cache again
If that’s not enough, make also sure that CloudFlare is connected to the Hummingbird. This can be set on “Hummingbird -> Caching -> Integrations” page and once it’s done, clear all cache again.
Let us know, please, if it solves the issue.
Best regard,
Adam
Hello Adam
I did the steps you told me, but didn’t solve the issue.
As the cart update using AJAX, when I turn on “Disable cart fragments” the cart count stops working.
Thanks for the support
Hi @onahlap,
I hope you are doing well today!
Uncheck all options in Hummingbird-Advanced Tools including Disable cart fragments then try Pausing Cloudflare.
Have you already checked the Hummingbird-Cloudflare connection as mentioned by Adam?
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#cloudflare-integration
If this does not help then you can temporarily pause Cloudflare by going to the Overview tab in the Cloudflare dashboard. At the bottom right of this page there is a link under Advanced Actions. Click Pause Cloudflare on Site.
Please let us know the results accordingly.
Kind regards,
Zafer
Hi Zafer,
I already did everything mentioned by Adam, even the Cloudflare setup.
I paused Cloudflare on site to following the instruction that you gave me, but didn’t work also.

Hi again @onahlap,
As far as I understand the issue comes up only when Hummingbird Page Caching is active right?
Can you please share your exclusion list on Hummingbird with us?
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#exclusions
I also suggest to perform full plugin/theme conflict test.
Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.
To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below:

Check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above.
