Manually completing payment after staging site error

So, we had a problem that some URLs were not copied across properly when we moved from our staging site to live, and they weren’t caught. So WooCommerce thought we were on a staging site and did not authorize some payments.
Payment processing skipped – renewal order created on staging site under staging site lock. Live site is at https://uj.smithandicoaching.com
Now, we fixed the URL issues, but we need to be able to complete these orders. The user originally signed up a week before this message, but had a week free trial. Now they are back to having no access, and I would like to complete this order. How can I do so?
