How to set Customs linkin the elementor pro *posts widget*, so that clicking “read more” or clicking the post will not lead to the post’s page – but to a different link (field/value) set for each post?

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
