WordPress Hosting Advice

I’m a newbie and need advice on which hosting will be better for the type of site I want. The site will have login, multisearch capabilities, flash, lots of pics. Not sure what to pick. Also Price is an issue I’m looking for the most economical plan that will be easy enough for a newbie. Although, I’m familiar with html I have not done i site in years.
