    Hello. Not all of the items that are on my WooCommerce site are syncing to my Facebook page.

    I looked at this page for troubleshooting, & found that I only have one catalogue under the Catalogue Manager, & that it is the default “Products for Sweeney Silver” one. However when I look at Data Sources under Catalogue in Commerce Manager, WooCommerce Integration is under Apps. The source under Data Feeds is “Products for Sweeney Silver” & its feed type is “manual upload.”

    I’m not sure what all of this means & what the differences are, but regardless, there are a number of items that are not syncing from my site to my Facebook page.

    Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to go through the sync issue answers linked here?

    Furthermore, can you make sure debug mode is enabled, as described here, and share the log with us here, please?

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
