Change the Finance API to EuropeanCentralBank?

    Hi there!
    I am wanting to change the “Finance API – Exchange rate resources” to use ECB (European central bank) to convert currencies on my site. Is this possible? Would be super grateful if someone could tell me step by step how to achieve this!
