Checkboxes invisible unless clicked

    Hello, I have been creating a form on WordPress through my Bluehost account. I have been adding different fields and have it mostly where I want it. When I go to preview the form I notice that any field I have selected to use checkboxes, the actual square isn’t showing up. If I click the checkbox it will insert the check but the square isn’t showing up. I have a few fields that are multiple choice and the circle shows up fine for them. Any ideas? My site is not published yet as I am working on it but if there is away for me to show a screenshot I can provide that.

    WordPress has no form-building feature built in. What form builder plugin are you using?

    My site is not published yet as I am working on it but if there is away for me to show a screenshot I can provide that.

    We need to check out the live form (not just a screenshot) before we can offer any assistance.

    If that’s not an option for you, kindly reach out to the author of the form builder plugin you’re using for help: they built the plugin and might be able to suggest a fix for you without seeing the form.

    I am using WPForms. I cant publish the site till its done as i just started working on it, its in no means ready.

    In that case, as I mentioned already, you’ll need to reach out to the plugin’s author for help.

    If you’re using WPForms Lite (ie the free version), then kindly post in its dedicated support forum here so the plugin’s author and user community can help you: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/

    But if you’re using WPForms (ie the full-featured paid version), then kindly use their official support channel for help: https://wpforms.com/account/support/
