Prices rounding down to an integer value

    Hi,

    I have the following problem.

    I enter product prices in woocommerce with two decimal places, for example 19.99 and the shop and cart shows 19.00 or 14.99 and the price shown in the shop and cart is 14.00. It always rounds down to an integer value. I’ve gone through the configurations for taxes, rounding, and it’s always the same wrong result. What could be the problem?

    I understand that the product prices on your site is showing the integer value instead of what you’ve inputted, for example, 19.99.

    As a first step, please ensure your Currency Settings are configured to display prices with two decimal places under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency Options > Number of Decimals. Make sure this is set to 2.

    If so and still the issue persists, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting me.
    The problem no longer occurs.
    I changed my PHP version from 7.4 to 8.0 and everything works fine now.
