    I have a form that I’ve used over the past 3 years that has always worked well but recently I’ve gone to click on the link in the submission with a small jpeg or png and its just says

    Not Found

    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    I’ve checked in the folder and none of them are showing in there?

    I hope you are doing well today!

    If you are using Forminator 1.24.4 then please update it to the latest version which is 1.24.5.

    Please also check Forminator-Data-Settings-File Upload Storage-Custom value and update it if it is showing incorrectly. There is a known issue which will be fixed on the upcoming releases.

    If the issue persists please also share an export of the form with us, so that we can check further.

    After exporting, please share the code using a services such as https://pastebin.com or https://justpaste.it/ which is free to use.

    Thanks for the Reply. Do you know if there is anyway to retrieve the images that are saying they have a broken link?

    Hi @brandabble,

    Regrettably, the mentioned files were not successfully uploaded to the server due to the bug encountered. As a result, the 404 error was displayed.

    Can you please check if it’s possible to re-submit the submission with missing files?
