Is it possible to increase price for all products with a rule ?

Hello,

I know this question is strange, but we have a lot of rules (+300) and the rules use discount with fixed prices for different ranges.

Example :

Product A : price is $10

Qty : 1 – 9 : $10

Qty : 10 – 49 : $9

Qty : 50 – 100 : $8

etc.

So if we need to raise our prices for all our products, we have to modify thousands of prices.

Can we add a simple rule to raise all our prices by 3% for example ?

I can also accept a proposition by modifying functions.php

I know the plugin is not supposed to work this way, but we may save a lot of time by doing this. We will later setup effectivily the plugin to change our rules and make our life easier.
