To disable comments on a single media attachment: Select Media > Library from the dashboard. Click the media item you want to edit. Select Edit more details in the right panel. Under the Discussion section, uncheck the box next to Allow comments. I solve my website in this way.
It is not only one media item, it seems to be ALL media on my website, which is done in that batch method where all media on the page show up in small mode and when one clicks on it, it should bet enlarged individually. This is how it worked before and all of a sudden that comments option shows up for ALL pics on my site.

Disabling comment form in the attachment page is actually not part of theme’s feature. But there is a relevant plugin for that task, try searching of which in the plugins directory through https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/disable+comments+on+media+attachments/.
Instead of when clicking on any pic, it does not get enlarged
There is an option for this in gallery block. You can choose either link image to media file or link to attachment page. The option is available in the editor’s sidebar when gallery block is selected. Ref: https://i.snipboard.io/oaB5sJ.jpg
