WP User Role = "None"

Hi,

I dunno why this happens but…
everytime a new user registers to my blog I then find out that he has been assigned no role and I have to do it manually.
Even weirder is the fact that when I try to create a new user myself everything seems to be fine. I don’t understand what’s wrong.

I have bbPress integrated and it seems to be working well.

I am worried that when new users register, they do not receive an email with their password because their role is set to None.

Anyone ever encountered this before?
